Starting a new business can be overwhelming, to say the least. When I decided to launch phase two of the Urban Hound and open our new luxury daycare and hotel, I knew I would need to have a team in place that would be able to cover all my needs; business development, marketing, design and project management. PHIDESIGNGROUP has stepped in and handled each and every one of these needs. From start to finish they have gone above and beyond in their efforts to get this project up and off the ground. I could not have done it without them - and very much look forward to our next project together!


Managing the kind of growth we’ve experienced the past 24 months is in itself challenging. It was critical that we work with a design team that understood how important it was that we get great results without having to make the project our priority. They took a business owner approach for us and delivered a sleek, modern, and well-designed space under an aggressive timeline and budget. nSphere is all about information and seamless connections. Nilda and Michelle made sure they understood how we conducted business and the needs that we have as a young, growing company, from both a functional and a cultural standpoint.

Wow! What can I say? I can't thank each of you enough for all that you did to make Dining By Design such a great event. Honestly, I can't imagine even thinking of this event without you. I really do appreciate how hard you all worked – under some very difficult circumstances – to make this a new benchmark for DBD anywhere.

Please know how impressed and pleased I am with your amazing talents. You took so much on and as I mentioned, hopefully all along the way, you made my life easier knowing everything was being taken care of so well. Believe me when I say, PHIDESIGNGROUP really rocks! I can only imagine what's ahead for all of you.


Both the client and I were thrilled with last night. She was shocked we were able to transform the space into perfectly what she had in mind. Our collaboration on this, quick turn around, and collectively "pulling it off" is testament to a relationship that needs and deserves to flourish. Going the extra mile, all around, to translate this vision is something I'd expect from my staff, as well as anyone I'd want to partner with. Thank you again for making me shine.


Thank you for the tremendous effort you put into producing DBD Boston 2008. From the first time I met you in person it was clear to me that you were a buttoned down and professional group. And it became very clear to me (as your level of engagement unfolded) that this event would not have happened without your efforts.

The event looked beautiful, and I think was really successful from a perception point of all who attended. It was a fun party and the design community was magnificent.

Again, thank you very much. I certainly understand what it takes to put this event together and I appreciate all your work. I am sorry that I wasn't even aware that you were doing it for so long and that we didn't really have the opportunity to collaborate in any way. You should really be commended for pulling off such a beautiful event under really difficult circumstances.


I hired PHIDESIGNGROUP to plan my husband's 30th birthday party. Mired in exhaustion and nausea during my first trimester of pregnancy, I was completely unable to plan the event. Michelle and Nilda swooped in and saved the day, creating a glorious evening that wowed my husband and our friends. They created a rooftop oasis at our home, hired a fabulous and affordable caterer, found a chocolate sheet cake with cream cheese frosting that was to die for, and personally stayed on-site to manage the whole evening. We could not have been happier and would recommend them to anyone planning a first class event.

The event, once again, reached a new level of design and production value. The guests felt nothing short of "VIP" in the tent you designed. It was stunning. The design and ambiance you created worked so well with the theme of this year's party. You have truly outdone yourselves. We have come to expect nothing less from you and your crew, as you amaze us all, every time. The party was a success thanks to you and we cannot begin to thank you enough. We are looking forward to working with you again for the "Greatest Party 2011" and our 20th anniversary.


Dear Michelle and Nilda,

I am still on a high from the wedding you designed and orchestrated. It was beyond what I even imagined. There was not one detail I would change. I thought it was the most stunning visual wedding I have ever been to, as did all of my friends. Perfection! I know how hard you worked and it showed in every detail. From the ceremony with that gorgeous indoor garden, to the chandeliers above - and who would have known the poles with the gorgeous branches would have made this a chuppah to remember. It was all so sophisticated and elegant.

Then to go to that cocktail lounge, draped in balck velvet, leather, and black chandeliers - to die! Only to be led to the crystal chandelier table seating - oh my god. I hope you know how much I appreciate all the work that went into this. When I walked into the dinner reception and saw those mirrored tables, candelabras, ghost chairs, and all the sparkle of the mercury glass I thought I was going to die - it took my breath away. Only to be topped by the best dance party and DJ I've ever heard. Low key, no announcements, and everyone on the dance floor all night. I don't think anyone ever saw anything like this.

Please know how happy I am with everything and more you put into this. It was perfect. A testimonial to you. I will always have the best memories of that night.


There has been a real need in the Real Estate Industry for a service that is more than just staging and less than completely redesigning/renovating a home in order to sell quickly and obtain the highest market value.

Michelle and Nilda bring a very detailed and creative eye to each situation. They come in and do what I would call a "needs analysis", offer different options based on a home sellers budget, and deliver on time.

I have used their services with several clients. The money invested to "refresh/redesign" absolutely resulted in a higher selling price for my clients.
